Sisowath Quay runs along the Tonle Sap from the Royal Palace towards the Chroy Changvar bridge. Across the water is the Chaktomuk, the “four faces”, where the Tonle Sap joins the Mekong and the Bassac leaves it. In the cool of the evening the promenade fills with walkers, families and exercise classes.
