Le Boutier, at 32 Street 308, is named after a family who lived in the 308 / Bassac Lane area in Cambodia’s golden age; its original cocktails mix Khmer ingredients with Western classics (one uses a Kampot pepper tincture). Open Monday to Saturday from 6pm, in its own words, until as late as possible.
