About The Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda

The Royal Palace, facing the Chaktomuk confluence across Sisowath Quay, is the residence of the King of Cambodia. Visitors enter part of the grounds: the courtyard of the Throne Hall, the gardens and the Silver Pagoda (Wat Preah Keo), whose floor is laid with silver tiles. Shoulders and knees must be covered. The palace closes for royal ceremonies; ask your hotel for the day’s hours before you go.
