About Wat Phnom and the French Quarter

Around Wat Phnom’s hill lie the streets the French laid out: the old post office square, ministries and banks, Raffles Hotel Le Royal in its gardens, and now the tower of Vattanac Capital with the Rosewood at its top.

Climb Wat Phnom in the morning, walk the colonial streets east of it, and end at Raffles or the Rosewood.

Tea at the Elephant Bar and a drink at Sora: the old city and the new, in one evening.

Our advice: Vattanac Capital’s mall is the city’s address for the fashion houses.
